The "Utopia" of mass surveilance

TASK: An easy one to start the week: This excellent film was recomended by someone I respect a great deal: "Utopia". This is a 15 minute production about a world where everything is based on a system of fines and permanently surveilled.

WHY: This sort of thought provoking film is not only entertaining but makes you consider the pervasive use of mobile phones and their impact. Do you behave the same at a party when everyone has their phones out filming? What about a business meeting or a holiday at the beach when phones are everywhere? When you know you are being watched, you do not behave in the same way.
